Routing orders by my BOSS..
ok...people,before i begin my brief,everyone had seven hours of undisturbed rest?All water paraded?Half water bottle?Anybody suffered from flu,stomach ache or lao sai for the past few hours?ok...the CAT status at our region is now clear to 0900 HRS..which means we're good to go...

Monday: Uniform and area inspection..drills..wits discussion
Tuesday: 12 km run...bike maintanence.. bike briefing...
Wednesday: my COS duty day..bike riding at night day...100km...Yippeeee..
Thursday: Rest and Recovery day...dunno got anithing impt anot..
Friday: 13km run at ECP..Bookout!!

So anibody got ani questions?if u have please raise them up to me now...none?GOOD.
Now i shall handover to the safety oggicer....(Safety Oggicer Takes his position)
*eRhMm*Gentlemen, now i am going to brief u about the safety evacuation route to CGH...
first, we will turn right out of our camp, to guards avenue...then turn another right at the T-junction towards upper east coast road...follow all the way straight and u will hit a MRT track..at that junction turn right again and u will hit new upper changi Road..(something like tt)turn left at the next junction to Simei road,then head straight till u see CGH on your right,then make a right turn into simei avenue 3 then turn left again to CGH. anibodi not clear on the evacuation route?..Good...Aniways,The medic is sufficiently trained,the medical centre has been informed, and the MO is on standby in case anithing happens...in other words, YOUR SAFETY IS WELL COVERED!

I'm having time lapse here guys....first thing in the morning, ah xiang call me...he on duty today...COS..clear extra...I woke up, saw the office number, thought they suddenly bring forward activation....ta ma de...scare me la...then afternoon call again...
for a box of nails i dun remember much of....but kudos to Fabian, for being back in Coy line, settling the stores...then tomorrow gotta be back by 7.20am for guard 2ic duty....Crap...like tt waste my weekend liaoz...somemore next week is my COS duty...wednesday lei..got bike riding...need james lim to help stand in...hope he agrees...haha...01 x soyabean drink shld be enugh..in case u dunnoe...james who is a corporal, is my upper study...me aa sgt, understudy from a CPL?! haha...but i like it la...fun to work with other pple besides the chiong sua pple...office is indeed the place of arrows...as proven this week thursday, where encik suddenly came out with a lot of *CREaTivE* ideas to deco the office...oh....wat a way to start a day yah!....then we saw wilson, that faithful day COS and me,fabian,eGGman(hwei neng),james,daniel(abit la) cutting pasting things...oh ya..nearly forgot to mention victor...2SG soon liaoz... 1 AUG promote 2SG...haha...no more Guard commander for him..is BOS duty liaoz...Enjoy man...Take care while riding ur bike...so how did i spend my sat?...ermz...slept..woke up...hunted ard for food...watch tv...rained..went out to take my ham ham...then went out scoutin for new cage...bought one for $23.00....not bad la the cage...no bottle for water or container for food..but luckily, got a big wheel that spins silently for once...and a raised platform...no money liaoz...DOnate lei..so far no one call in to my hotline lehz...sianz..guess i will be stoning for tomorrow guard's duty...

so there u see...nothing much this week...got run run run and ccac ccac ccac....mono lifestyle...with 5 pple going taiwan for attachment...my company going to become smaller in size,hence more sai kang~! and in AUGUST i will have 3 x duty...two is weekend to clear my CAVE B extras...and one to whack my regimental..sorri DAZ~!... :P oh ya...i started doing parade states and cro and duty list liaoz...taking over from james...some more the two hero intspec all not here soon...one fly to ADF liaoz...one going to fite for SAFSA.. sianz...leave me do work..ok la..go le...bookin~!

Bookin liaoz loz... sianz. didnt do anithing much..visited my Daz at her working place...rotted after that...play XBox xbox and xbox....sian sian sian.....i'm on a campaign to save money u see... everione been asking me to pay bill or give money...wat am i?~! the sole bread winner of this family?~! nevertheless, i will give in... for you are family...even though we seldom communicate, i will still regard u as family. aniwaes....next week is CCAC course...which stands for casualty something aided course... haha...forgot liaoz.....aniwae..the previous time i went thru this i skipped the iv drip part caz i got hospitalised~! *glUP...now we're to do refresher course on that... one thing its good...that it indeeed gives us currency, but..but.... its juz scary la...poking your friend...aniwae...in hospital i didnt siam the iv drip either...
got poked 3-4 times in total...one hole use 2 days, one hole stay for few hours but because its defective, had to pull out~~CAVE B ALERT!then subsequently,moved to the thumb side of my right hand and finally got thru..phew..still got the scar to show...i forgot when the fourth time got hit..but ya...it exists lo...was so terrified by that needle the first time..but got used ti it subsequently...so here i come 18MMG!or is it 20?!...hmmm....

Remarks: As Mr Sunday COS never pick up phone/switch off hp when diverted/CAVE B,
i had completely NO ACCESS to the company's training program for this week!THANK YOU MR COS. &*#%#~!! Erhm..Now, Lets get on with today's topic. Well, like what some people know, our company is going to Australia!!!not the city area sadly for some. For me, well i would prefer to be in the training area than the city side...come on~!think about it!millions and billions of people have been to the Sydney/Perth wat not. Which normal citizen of Singapore dare say that he/she have been to the countryside and watch live explosives go off? or Even rode a motorbike 100km up and 100km down the North-South bound highway?!! This, my friends, is a chance to cherish, to be proud of. At least thats for me...Having missed the pass two selection for ROC, One because of CAVE B-ness, and the other, well...consequence of the CAVE B-ness. So why not lets enjoy the approx one month stay there..however boring it may be? the trip is somewhere OCT 15-19 to mid Nov according to OC BRC. Dun expect prezzies though...the tour again doesnt have nice shopping places... oh well. Bye!~

Ok, gentlemen and Ladies...
Some people have been asking me about what is Cave B...
I think most people in my camp would have known about it liaoz...
nevertheless, i shall reintroduce the story of Cave B:

Once uopn a time, there lived 3 (whatever you want- in this case i shall use cow)..These 3 cows lead a normal life until a time when a wolf came along.The wolf threatened to eat them all up and so the cows ran..the wolf gave chase of course....so the chase finally ended at a mountain where 3 caves where made in it. There's Cave A, Cave B and Cave C...The cows each took one cave...
so here we have one wolf, 3 caves with one cow in it each.The wolf decided to hunt for the cow hiding in Cave B.Of course the cow in Cave B died in the end.so can you guess the moral of the story?? Its that when you are Cave B, You are suay/unlucky/unfortunate/Cave B/Bu Xing Yun etc....
so Thats its! Simple as that...dun ask me how this thing came abt..caz i do not know too...
muahaha....

Remarks:all thanks to the icct grading(intermediate close combat training),we have to book in by 2100HRs..sighz...so many techniques to remember...headache man..esp the breakfall sequence..i hate the left and right side break fall!!then comes the x-country bike riding..hope i dun fall asleep during the journey there..boring express ways..zzZZzz..Wednesday should be nothing much bah...dun quite remember..maybe a 8km run??!Ippt is the highlight bah..caz i will see myself failing again because of some station called standing broad jump...Duhz!i mean whats so important about jumping 2 plus metres?it has no real life purpose lo?..same as sit and reach..
you see,pull ups-useful for the low rope obstacle.shuttle run-good for short dist sprinting,2.4km-good for long endurance running stamina...sit up-ability to control your body's core..so where does standing broad jump fall into place?!Dunno which idiot invented that lo..Bahhh!!ORD LO!
