*... Sunday Blues~ ...*

Suffering from book-in disease now...dun feel like twitching a single muscle....xcept those important ones...so aniwae...saturday was a eventless day....went to sent DaZ work..then stone at orchard...then go home,continue to stone....Sunday,Go orchard,stone,eat lunch,stone....now stoning too...basically,this week is stone week...eating my fav guava now...muz save some...haha...eat too much cannot move my bowels...then diez...so this week all runz...nothing much..12,13km done le...left 14,15...but i dun think i joining them for AHM lei...caz i going on course...most prob...sianz...waste my time running...but the last run not veri good at first...my left knee getting sharp pains...even now oso got...dunno why...then after run got games...had competitive Frisbee...on the sand somemore..sianz...the sand so hard..got so many sharp objects...then i cut my foot unknowingly...aniwaes,we won the officers regular team...4-3....the last score was a sudden death one...but because i chased the BEE too hard,my left calf cave b on me,Cramped, then i fall on the sand...*sPlaT*...yep...but i still like frisbee...hee...i have absolutely no affinity with BALL GAMES...so dun bother asking me out for balls...now here's a picture for my batch canoeist...
