*... Hmm. ...*

Japan Has a New PM~!
Personally, after eading several news articles about him,i guess he is abt the same as Koizumi. Being put as relatively inexperienced in the political world by his other party members while able to garner the support of so many followers, i guess he is damn good at getting rapport. News agencies has pointed out that he holds similar values to koizumi, including visiting the Yasukuni War Shrine where a few Class A War Criminals of WWII lay. So, Seems like China and South Korea will continue to be anti Japanese for more time to come. For it to come to a conflict will not be very likely, IMHO. caz War is just not economical for any country to consider. You lose ur citizens, ur budget goes to the military, other countries place embargoes on you and the list goes on. So, yea, never will think that War will happen. Cept if they are "rogue nations" to begin with. ASked my manager what he tot of the new PM, and he said: "Japan die already,Koizumi visit war shrine,he also visit war shrine, and then china and korea not happy with japan.everything same same."Haha..he said it in that funnie jap accent so u wouldnt noe how he said it. And i sorta agreed with him. but i think there's underlying reasons too. Most of japan's population is from the pre and slightly post war era. They are the ones who saw their nation heroes as those that fought for Jp. Juz look at their political party!!so many pple has Grey hair!! @@. sighz..so of cse pressure from their side would have made him go and do that visit. and if the PM decides to remove the few war criminals from the shrine or not to visit it completely, i guess they would see it as a sign of giving in to foreign pressure and a sign of weakness...so the PM would lose support and get ousted! So what do they do? They do what the crowds wan them to!. Hence forth conflicts arise.

So now Japan has a successor to the throne and a new PM.Good news for them. Haha... Singapore wise, think the IMF meetings juz ended. Whew, glad that was over. Dun really find it feasible to Close Roads for an entire wk or so juz to accommadate this buggers from ard the world. Safety yes i understand, but to seal off roads? might as well hold the meetings in some underground bunker. Waste of money and resources i say. Could be better managed. Heard from some friends too, that SG even played host to them by booking the entire esplanade for them? gosh. Free chocolate from the choco shop in esplanade, Free hokkien mee too- from the neighbouring market place, specially invited to cook for them. So do u see whr our money goes to??u pay tax they spend on such crap. You play host by giving them what is neccessary, not to the extend of spoiling those asses. Fireworks that pple say is much better than the one at our nation's birthdae?? Holy cow. Ah..enugh with the ranting. Later kanna whack with warning letter. Sianz. Slpz.
